NORMAL MAMMAL

Normal Mammal is the music project of Irish songwriter, Ronan Harrington.

Hi debut single Relapse is a brooding indie rock anthem with a post-punk edge.

It's the story of the day he relapsed, after 133 days sober in NA: the strange triumph in giving up. "9am, let's fucking go."

Underneath the bravado it's really a row with God: being made and then broken by your maker. Faith, desperation, and the exhausting business of trying to be good. It ends where these things usually end: face down on the floor, tired of trying.
